V-rings

The V-ring is a moulded elastic axial seal of a rubber material. The V-ring is often used with other types of seals, for instance rotary shaft seals.

The V-ring is protecting the shaft against dust, oil and water from the outsite.

​

The V-ring is delivered with various profiles depending on the area of application.

VA1

Beskrivelse:​

VA1 profilen er den mest udbredte v-ring profil. Den har en lodret endeflade. Akseldiameter spænder fra 3 mm helt op til 2020 mm.

Beskrivelse:​

VS profilen har en bredere krop, som sikrer en højere radial styrke end VA profilen. Akseldiameter spænder fra 5 mm til 210 mm.

Beskrivelse:​

VL profilen er specielt beregnet til applikationer med begrænset plads. Akseldiameter spænder fra 135 mm til 630 mm.​

VE

Beskrivelse:​

VE profilen er beregbet til store aksiale bevægelser og til store diametre. Det er muligt at forbedre den aksiale fastgørelse ved brug af et standard spændebånd. Akseldiameter spænder fra 450 mm til 2000 mm.
